The Jeudevine Memorial Library in Hardwick has returned to curbside service only due to the rise in COVID-19 cases locally and throughout the state. Curbside began November 16 and the current schedule for pickups is Mondays and Wednesdays 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

There are several ways that library patrons can request materials. Request materials directly through the online catalog (opac.libraryworld.com/opac/home.php). The catalog is also available through the library website (jeudevinememoriallibrary.org). Materials can be requested by email (jeudevinelibrary@hardwickvt.org) or by phone (472-5948). The library and the staff will also locate items on request, and can schedule a pick-up date and time.

Online access to eBooks and audiobooks is still available through Green Mountain Overdrive/Listen-up Vermont and Libby and they can be accessed through the library’s website. Both of these services allow users to download audiobooks and eBooks and are free to library patrons. There are also digital resources available from the library, such as Vermont Online Library, Universal Class and more. Links to all of these may be found on the library website: jeudevinememoriallibrary.org.
